HOA Assessment Payments for Dorchester associations are accepted via check, money order, cash, or debit/credit card. Payments can be mailed, deposited in the Dorchester Community Center Dropbox, or dropped off at the Clements Bay Management Group office in La Plata, MD. Please include your full name, street address and association name with your payment.
