Fall Clean up & Dumpster Day
Saturday, October 18th, 2025, All Day Event at 5005 Dorchester Circle
Hey Neighbor! Thanks for checking in and having interested in the neighborhood Fall Clean up & Dumpster Day! 
Much like in the spring we are combining these events into a full day of cleaning! Please join the board at the community center at 9am to start with Clean up - this will consist of volunteers helping pick up all the trash and debris throughout the neighborhood to help make it beautiful! This will be from 9am-12pm and we will provide all the materials you need to help! 
From 1pm-3pm or until the dumpsters are full we welcome all active community residents to come get rid of any of that left over junk you have laying around! Time to clean up in the house and around the house and take advantage of the dump being right at the community center! 
Remember that you must be an active resident - which means being in good standing and having no violations and up to date on your HOA dues.

Halloween Party
Saturday, October 25th, 2025, 11am at 5005 Dorchester Circle - Community Center
Starts at 11:00am 
We ask anyone willing to join a trunk or treat in the parking lot to come set up around 10:30am. 
The neighborhood will also have crafts, candy and fun inside the community center for all to enjoy! Make sure to wear your best costume!!
