Board of Directors meetings are open to all association members; however, participation is limited. Please plan to attend, and join a committee to make a difference in your community, as volunteers are always welcome.  You may address any questions or concerns during the resident’s forum.

 

From time to time, the Board of Directors may need to discuss confidential information that is not to be heard by the general membership.  These meetings will go into a closed session (Executive Session) once all regular business is addressed.

 

We are looking for any available residents and participants to volunteer their time to keep our neighborhood clean!

 

All volunteers can meet at the Dorchester Community Center (5005 Dorchester Circle) starting at 8:45am, with clean-up runs starting at 9am. We will provide supplies, gloves, grabbers/pickers, as well as, cold water for all volunteers.

 

There is no need to RSVP for this event, just show up & show your community support.

If an item is labeled "Trash" or "Landfill," it can be disposed of in the provided dumpsters! No hazardous material (tires, fuel, oil-based paint, cleaning supplies, auto fluids, chemicals, etc) can be accepted. This event is for Dorchester residents ONLY. Proof of residency is required for participation.

 

Please note, resident HOA accounts must be in GOOD STANDING to participate. (HOA Account(s) must be up-to-date and households must have no current violations.)
